Jalaur River runs southeast, traversing Iloilo province, down through the municipality of Passi down to Dumangas before draining into Guimaras Strait. Pan-ay traverses Capiz province Magos , ; Fernandez [] , Iloilo province has 42 municipalities and two cities: Iloilo City, the provincial capital, and Passi City.
