An onlooker has been left stunned after seeing a young child towing a tinnie with his e-scooter - in the middle of a busy road. A local resident took photos from their car of the child struggling to tow his boat on Varley Street in Yorkeys Knob, Cairns at 8. He could have caused a serious accident,' the resident, who wished to remain anonymous, told the Cairns Post.
The alarming sight on the main thoroughfare was compounded by the fact the young boy struggled to control the heavy load. The resident said because the child was trying to control the scooter and boat, they ended up in the middle of the street.
