Food options are decent and the hotel is in a convenient location in the central part of Khulna. Did not use the pool but took a look and it was empty and available for use. Staff are friendly. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will ever stay also. It was recommended by friends and family from Khulna, but it is not what it probably used to be.

First of all, there is not ample parking spaces. Cars had to be parked outside with fear of getting stolen. Next the hotel furniture are all dirty and dusty. There were layers of dust in sofas, tables, chairs and also in Almira and other stuffs. The worst of all was the geyser system. The hotel doesn't have proper water heating system.

During this cold winter I had to take shower in cold water. My mom, dad, wife and kids too. We took 4 rooms and none of the rooms had heating system. It is probable the also hotel who takes taka per person per hour for using swimming pool and jacuzzi.
